What is QEC?
QEC (Quantum Energy Coaching) is a simple and effective coaching tool created by Dr. Melanie Salmon in 2008, combining Gestalt psychotherapy and cutting-edge neuroscience, epigenetics, and quantum physics. QEC aims to change limiting beliefs at the subconscious level.
New positive beliefs are installed in the subconscious mind using an optimal brainwave state that is receptive to learning, without hypnosis.
The new positive convictions replace the old limiting beliefs immediately and permanently.

It can be compared to installing new software on a computer. The process is easy and effortless, regardless of how long the problems have continued.
How does QEC work?
Preparation
When you book a session, you will receive a medical indemnity form to complete, sign, and return.
Session overview
Each session is dedicated to one topic and lasts up to 90 minutes.
1st Part
Relax and tell me what the most important issue is for you right now, and we will talk about it together.
2nd Part
Decide your new attitude and behavior. Taking full responsibility, you will change old limiting beliefs to create new ones.
3rd Part
We install your new beliefs. We do this without hypnosis. I guide you through the process, reaching your subconscious mind quickly.
The process is complete and you will feel the benefits in the days and weeks that follow.
Enjoy each session knowing that you are doing something good for yourself.
A minimum of 5 sessions is recommended, scheduled once a week.

I suggest reading 'The Biology of Belief' by Bruce Lipton, which is found in most bookstores and is translated into several languages. Other good books on related topics are 'Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself' by Joe Dispenza and 'Power Up Your Brain' by David Perlmutter.
